更新：Windows Service Pack Blocker Tool Kit
从Windows XP开始，微软开始提供拦截SP补丁包的工具，以方便企业或个人阻止SP通过Windows自动更新的安装。随着Windows Vista SP1的临近，微软也在Service Pack Blocker Tool Kit中新增了Windows Vista支持。

工具包中包含三个组件：

* 一个微软签名的应用程序
* 一个脚本
* 一个ADM模板
