微软促进Windows Vista Starter发布

Windows Vista Starter是精简版的Vista版本，针对部分发展中国家发布。

Windows Vista Starter将具有与Windows Vista其他版本一样的外观，也具有改进的Vista安全、Intel和AMD处理支持、只需要最小384MB内存和标准SVGA显卡。
Windows Vista Starter将在2007年1月与其他版本Vista一同发布，但是，微软没有宣布其价格。
